Pckw series reversible non blocking fine crusher

Fine crusher is widely used to crush medium hardness brittle materials, such as coke, coal, loose limestone, gypsum, alum, brick, tile, etc., and widely used in the material crushing system of thermal power, mining, chemical industry, construction and other industries. The compressive strength of pckw series crushed materials shall not be greater than 150 MPa, and the surface moisture shall not be greater than 10%.

The fine crusher is a kind of impact rotor crusher with a ring hammer. The hammer head can not only rotate with the rotor, but also rotate around the hammer pin. After the material enters the crushing chamber, it is first broken by the impact of the ring hammer rotating with the rotor at high speed. The broken material obtains kinetic energy from the ring hammer at the same time, and the high-speed impact to the crushing plate is broken for the second time. After so many times of repeated crushing, the material is crushed by the extrusion and grinding of the ring hammer for many times, and through the arc section of the crushing plate, the adjusted gap falls into the blanking opening. The discharging granularity of the machine is achieved by adjusting the gap between the left and right crushing plates and the rotor. The adjustment mechanism is at the upper and lower sliding blocks of the left and right casings respectively, which is completed by adjusting and fastening bolts of the front and rear pads of the sliding block. This series of crusher is specially developed to solve the problem that fine materials are easy to block in the process of crushing, and has the characteristics of reverse use. The crushing plates installed on the left and right casings can be used in shifts respectively.

(1) There is no grate bar, which overcomes the problem of material humidity blocking.

(2) The rotor can be forward and reverse, which improves the utilization rate of hammerhead, reduces the frequency of replacing hammerhead, improves the working efficiency and increases the system output.

(3) With the use of heavy hammer head, the striking force is increased, and the production capacity is 2 times of that of the same specification.

(4) The gap of discharge port can be adjusted to ensure the uniformity of discharge particle size, so that the material less than 8mm can reach more than 95%.

(5) The cavity plate can be opened for easy replacement of the lining plate. Hydraulic cylinder is used for the mainframe.
