NE, NSE series bucket elevator is suitable for conveying powder, small particles and small pieces of dry materials vertically. Structure features and working principle:

NE and NSE series bucket elevator is composed of tail part, head part, bucket chain component, driving device component and fully enclosed casing. There is no leakage of materials during the operation of the equipment. The lifting conveyor chain adopts stamping plate chain, which is divided into single chain and double chain layout. The head is equipped with backstop, which is reliable. The lifting height of the material inlet and outlet of the equipment can be flexibly designed and arranged according to the process requirements.

The material is uniformly introduced into the hopper fixed on the lifting chain for continuous closed operation through the equipment inlet and outlet, and the material is lifted from the tail inlet to the head outlet to discharge, so as to realize single point feeding, single point gravity or mixed unloading.

The lifting conveyor chain adopts the heavy hammer lever type automatic tension device to ensure that the lifting chain always maintains a moderate tension device in operation, so that the equipment is in the best operation state.
